Cancellation and refund policy


Global Job Assist is best aimed to assist you in posting the Jobs Applications. But in an unlikely situation if your profile is not picked and not selected for any Job or no interviews received. there will be no refund.

If the Client decides to sign up for the service & changes his mind later and decides to withdraw The fee is 100% non-refundable if you do not wish to continue with our services.

No Refund in case of Withdrawal/Conversion/Transfer

Client understands and accepts that no refund will be given if the client withdraws/abandons his/her application or decides to drop out, due to any reason, during the proceedings after he or she, signs-up

Client also understands and accepts that no refund, no transfer or no adjustment of Global Job Assist fee will be done in the event he or she abandons the original service? process he or she has signed-up for and decides to switch over to another service / process with Global Job Assist or opts for immigration to a different country,

Client also understands and accepts that no refund or transfer of Global Job Assist fee to a friend or a relative will be done in the event he or she abandons his or her application or decides to switch over to another service/process with Global Job Assist or opts for immigration to different country.

a) In case the user has any complaint(s) regarding our services or processes then he/she can approach us and get registered the same. Global Job Assist Complaints are handled by a team dedicated to resolve the queries and issues of clients regarding Global Job Assist. This team makes sure to cater to complaints in best possible manner and provide solutions which result in best services to clients.

b) Only genuine complaints are dealt by our team. Global Job Assist. Complaints which are not genuine and are a result of client’s own negligence, misunderstanding or fault is not catered by Global Job Assist. Such non genuine complaints can be rejection of visa which can be due to non submission of documents from client’s side, absence of client on interview date at immigration once resulting in visa rejection etc. In such cases, Global Job Assist will not be responsible and complaints relating to these will not be adhered to.

c) Global Job Assist has Compliance Team which looks into the refund cases. And Client agrees that under no circumstance would take help of media, websites (consumer court, mouthshut etc) to tarnish the reputation of the company and create issue in/outside once.

Governing Law

1. The agreement Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (including claims of set-off and counterclaims) in connection with this Agreement.

2. The Parties hereby agree that all disputes arising from or out of this agreement relating to any deficiency in service, or in relation to any payments to be made in relation to the agreement or in any other way pertaining to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad to the exclusion of all other courts. The said disputes shall include all disputes including but not limited to all civil, criminal, consumer or other disputes arising out of this Agreement
