What is Australian Immigration?

Australian immigration is the process of individuals moving to Australia from other countries for various purposes such as work, study, family reunification, or tourism. It involves obtaining the appropriate visa based on factors like skills, education, and relationship status, governed by the Department of Home Affairs.

What are the major pathways for Australian immigration?

Below are some of the major streams through which you can immigrate easily.

1. Australia Skilled Migration:

For skilled individuals with in-demand qualifications and experience, the Skilled Migration program offers visas like Subclass 189 and Subclass 190. Points are awarded based on age, education, work experience, and language proficiency. Successful applicants gain permanent residency, enjoy social benefits and contribute to Australia's workforce.

2. Business Migration:

Experienced business owners and investors can utilize the Business Migration program, featuring visas like Subclass 188 and Subclass 888. It encourages business establishment and innovation, leading to permanent residency and fostering economic growth.

3. Employer Nominated Migration:

Employer-sponsored visas, such as Subclass 186 and Subclass 482, enable skilled workers to fill specific roles in Australia, offering pathways to permanent residency.

4. Australian Permanent Residence Pathways:

   Work Stream:

Skilled workers on eligible temporary visas (457/482) can apply for PR through Temporary Residence Transition or Direct Entry streams.

    Family Stream:

Close family members of citizens or PR holders can apply for PR through family-sponsored or partner visas.

  Investment Stream:

Significant Investor Visa (Subclass 188/888) allows individuals to obtain PR by making substantial investments in designated sectors, promoting economic development.
