Cancellation & Refund Policy
We thank you for availing our services and appreciate your trust in us. Please review the following policy, conditions, and process carefully, as they provide essential information about your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any services you avail from us unless otherwise specified on our platform. Refunds will be provided in specific proportions based on the services availed and the terms outlined below.
The refund percentages mentioned apply to the total service fee payable and not just the amount already paid. These percentages are applicable only when the complete service fee is paid in a single installment without any remaining balance. Applicants who have not paid the full service fee will not be eligible for any refund, even if they fall under one of the specified clauses.
The user understands and agrees that the total invoice amount includes the consultation fee charged by our company. Refund calculations will be based solely on this consultation fee, as other components are non-refundable at any stage.
We are not responsible for any exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or payments for orders placed through third-party service providers. We reserve the right to refuse any order or payment at our discretion, without any legal obligation to serve.
Non-Refundable Services
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services such as Courier Services. Customers cannot claim a refund of service charges due to such external factors.
The following major services provided by Global Job Assist are 100% Non-Refundable:
- Evaluation Fees
- Job Search Services Fees
Refund Conditions for Services Provided by Global Job Assist
- The client must provide all required documents, forms, and information within 30 days of registration to allow Global Job Assist to work on the documentation and make it submission-ready for the appropriate assessing/immigration authority. Failure to do so will result in no reimbursement of advisory/consulting fees.
- The client must inform Global Job Assist within one week of receiving any communication from the processing visa office. The client should also notify Global Job Assist of any direct communication with the visa office, including visits or inquiries made by phone. Failure to comply will result in no refund of secretarial charges.
- The client will participate in all required interviews and follow instructions from the visa agency at their own cost. Failure to do so will result in no refund of secretarial charges.
- Immigration applications are not routine and can require additional documents. No refunds will be entertained based on requests for additional documents.
- The client must inform Global Job Assist of any changes in personal details (e.g., address, marital status, educational credentials, children, or legal issues) after submitting the application and during processing. Failure to do so will result in no refund of advisory charges.
- The client will take the required IELTS/French test and achieve the necessary scores in each section (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) as per the Visa Issuing Authority/Assessment Body. Failure to meet the requirements will result in no refund of advisory/consulting/secretarial charges.
- The client’s spouse or dependent must also meet the necessary IELTS/French test requirements, as per the Service Level Agreement with Global Job Assist. Failure to meet these requirements will result in no refund of advisory/consulting charges.
- If the refund request is valid under the terms and conditions of the service agreement, the processing time will be 30 working days.
- The service amount mentioned covers the full service at the time of registration, and is specific to the individual’s application. Any assumption of extended services for family or children is at the client’s discretion, and the company will not be responsible for these additional assumptions.
This refund policy ensures that both the company and the client are clear on expectations and responsibilities throughout the immigration process.
Non-Refundable Partial Service Conditions
In case a Customer avails the services of the Company, the total amount payable shall be 100% non-refundable in the following instances:
- Failure of the medical examination by the client or his/her family members included in the application.
- Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) which is not less than 3 months old.
- Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance (as per the requirement by respected Govt. Immigration body) by the client or his/her family members included in the application.
- Submission of fraudulent documents by the applicant.
- A prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application.
- If your profile is not picked up from the pool.
- If the client fails to attend or get the required Language score card in English/French to meet the eligibility criteria and as per requirement of visa process.
- If the applicant backs out or wants to withdraw because of personal reasons.
- Late submission of any required additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
Refunds due to Visa/Immigration Rejection
In case of rejection of a Customer (Applicant) by the Immigration and Visa Authorities, Global Job Assist will refund the applicable amount as stated in the Global Job Assist Service agreement.
The refund will be made within 60 working days after the client submits the Refund Claim Form to Global Job Assist. Client has to enclose a copy of the letter of rejection from the Authority to support the Refund Claim. If a client fails to enclose a copy of the rejection letter or rejection stamp on the client’s passport, Global Job Assist will not refund the applicable refund amount.
Client also has to enclose the refund request form, a copy of his/her receipt for payment made to Global Job Assist. Failure to enclose these documents will make the client ineligible for the refund.
Any Rejection of the Customer (Applicant) will be 100% Non Refundable if the rejection is due to the following grounds:
- If the applicants fail to attend the visa interview. (If required*)
- If the applicant does not follow the requirements of the Embassy or the Consulate.
- Failure of the medical examination by the client or his or her family members included in the application.
- Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate, which is not less than 3 months old.
- Submission of fraudulent documents.
- A prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application.
- Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
- The client fails to get the required score in the English/French test to meet the eligibility criteria and as advised by the Global Job Assist consultant.
- The client abandons his/her case within 90 days from the date of registration.
- Non-communication with your Process Consultant for a period of 90 days shall also be deemed to be abandonment.
If the application/petition is returned/rejected/delayed owing to an error in the application fee or mode of payment, the applicant agrees not to contest on withdrawal of his application on this ground; as the payment and the mode of the payment of application fee is the sole liability of the applicant.
The application or processing fee paid to visa authorities or any other institution is the liability of the client and is not included in the service charges. Global Job Assist will not entertain any claim of refund in case of rejection.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
- For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
- If the Company does not want to do business with the User.
CHARGEBACK - Credit Card and Payment Disputes
Global Job Assist has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently blacklisted and barred from use of the service. Any past due fees and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available Credit Reporting Agencies.
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
It is agreed by the client that she/he knows that Global Job Assist will deploy its employees and utilize other infrastructures for providing services to the client by spending considerable amounts of money. Irrespective of the result of the application, the client hereby undertakes that he will not claim a refund of the fees and charges paid to Global Job Assist, except to the extent provided in the agreement.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
Refund Policy and Payment Terms for Immigration Services
Clients should understand and agree that, under the Australian Immigration process, the partner skills assessment result is subject to the decision of the concerned authorities, and Global Job Assist has no control on the outcome of the application.
Global Job Assist is not responsible for refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the event of the applicant not getting approval of visa/immigration, or in case of rejection or non-acceptance of his/her application at any stage by any respective authority. The registration/processing fees only includes the charges towards the services rendered by Global Job Assist and does not include any application or assessing fees. The applicant agrees to pay the entire additional fees, as applicable during the processing.
If the applicant has paid the money through an online card service, the client hereby agrees that he/she will not withdraw, or is not entitled to charge back the amount, without the knowledge of Global Job Assist, in case of payment made by any mode. This includes third party online payment gateway except otherwise following the norms of refund as mentioned in the service agreement and the procedure prescribed by law prevailing at that time under the Jurisdiction of Hyderabad, State of Telangana.
If the applicant has paid the money through Credit Card or Net Banking, the applicant undertakes voluntarily that he will not dispute the payment or notify the designated bank for charge back, insisting that the bank to withhold or cancel the payment made to Global Job Assist by the applicant. The applicant further undertakes to inform his banker that the payment made to Global Job Assist is genuine and the transaction is an exception for his request to cancel or charge back the payment in his favor. This includes misuse and card loss cases either by him or through anyone else. The applicant agrees to cooperate with Global Job Assist in this aspect in case Global Job Assist wishes to defend/represent the matter in their favor before any bank/authority.
The Service Charges by Global Job Assist have no reference to the market charges and are as per the company standards to which the client agreed. Any claims after the registration, like charges being too expensive or long processing time and as such, would not be entertained and the applicant would have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the sources of information, and the client has been informed before registering.
The applicant accepts that the immigration process includes showing enough funds, if applicable, which differs from country to country and the process/category the applicant applies. The applicant undertakes to meet such requirements as desired by the concerned immigration/other authorities, and failure to provide such funds by the applicant shall not make Global Job Assist liable for any refund of the service charges or part thereof. In such cases, no refund request for service charges will be applicable.
The client also accepts that all/any registrations for any countries before this client declaration agreement date, if any, with Global Job Assist would be nullified, and no claim of the service or the fee can be claimed until it is given in writing by Global Job Assist.
Non-Refundable Fees
Refunds do not cover:
- Fees paid to assessing bodies, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, or any other third parties.
- Any registration or processing fees to these authorities.
- Charges related to services not rendered by Global Job Assist.
Service Charges
The service charges of Global Job Assist are based on company standards and may not align with market rates. The client acknowledges that the charges have been fully explained before registration, and no claims of unfair pricing will be entertained post-registration.
Switching Services
The client will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of fees if they switch to a different service or process after registration.
Termination of Services by Global Job Assist
Global Job Assist reserves the right to terminate services without a refund if the client:
- Fails to submit all required documents within the stipulated time.
- Attempts to damage the company’s reputation.
- Does not respond to communication for more than a month.
- Abandons their application for personal reasons.
Client’s Obligation
The client must inform Global Job Assist of any changes to personal details, including address, marital status, employment, or legal matters, during the processing period. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the refund.
Immigration Tests
The client must achieve the required IELTS/French test score. Failure to meet the score will result in ineligibility for a refund of advisory or consulting fees.
Guarantee of Jobs/Interviews/Visa
No Job Guarantee After Visa Approval
Global Job Assist does not guarantee job placement or work assistance after immigration approval. No refunds will be issued for failure to secure a job post-arrival.
We are not part of any government/Embassy/recruitment agency/company. We do not guarantee any interviews/jobs. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a job/interview/job offer of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country.
Refund Policy for Job Search Services
- Global Job Assist is best aimed to assist you in posting the Job Applications. But in an unlikely situation if your profile is not picked or selected for any job, or no interviews are received, there will be no refund.
- If the Client decides to sign up for the service and later changes their mind, the fee is 100% non-refundable if they do not wish to continue with our services.
- 100% non-refundable if you fail to submit the required documents.
- No refund in case of Withdrawal/Conversion/Transfer:
- The client understands and accepts that no refund will be given if they withdraw/abandon their application or decide to drop out for any reason during the proceedings after they have signed up.
- The client also understands and accepts that no refund, transfer, or adjustment of Global Job Assist fees will be done if they abandon the original service/process they signed up for and decide to switch to another service/process with Global Job Assist or opt for immigration to a different country.
- The client also understands and accepts that no refund or transfer of Global Job Assist fees to a friend or relative will be done if they abandon their application or decide to switch to another service/process with Global Job Assist or opt for immigration to a different country.
- The client also understands and accepts that no refund or transfer of Global Job Assist fees to a friend or relative will be done if they abandon their application or decide to drop out for any reason during the proceedings after signing up.
Visa Cap Limitations
In countries with a visa cap system, the client may meet the immigration criteria but still not receive a visa if the cap is reached. Failure to secure a visa due to this cap does not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refund requests, if eligible, will be processed within 60 working days. Refunds will be issued as a company cheque, payable to the client, and mailed to the address provided in the order form.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Global Job Assist is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of client information. Personal data will be used in accordance with the Privacy Act and disclosed only as necessary for processing the immigration application.
Governing Law
- The agreement Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (including claims of set-off and counterclaims) in connection with this Agreement.
- The Parties hereby agree that all disputes arising from or out of this agreement relating to any deficiency in service, or in relation to any payments to be made in relation to the agreement or in any other way pertaining to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad to the exclusion of all other courts. The said disputes shall include all disputes including but not limited to all civil, criminal, consumer, or other disputes arising out of this Agreement.
By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts the refund and cancellation policy of Global Job Assist.
